Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 8, 2026.
The short version. We collect as little as we can. We don’t sell your information. Please don’t send details of what happened in a first message.
What we collect
- What you send us. If you call, email or message us, we keep what you send and the details needed to reach you. If you use the request form, we get your name, how to reach you, the best time, and the place you tell us. We don’t store form entries on the website. They arrive in our email inbox.
- Spam protection. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. It may check basic browser signals for that purpose.
- Basic site statistics. We plan to use privacy-friendly analytics that count visits without tracking individuals across the web. We don’t use advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
- To answer you and to tell you whether we can help.
- To keep this site working and understand which pages are useful.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Sensitive details
Email and web forms aren’t a secure way to send sensitive information. Please don’t send details of what happened in a first message. Tell us your name and the best way to reach you, and we’ll take it from there. Sending a message doesn’t create an attorney-client relationship.
Who can see it
People at the firm who need it to respond to you. We may use service providers (for example, to host this site, protect the form from spam, or deliver form messages to our inbox), and they can only use your information to provide that service.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing ask@antihazinglaw.com. If we are already representing you, other rules about keeping client files may apply.
